About Us

404Deals didn’t start as a business idea.

It started as a problem.

1 The Beginning

In October 2025, the founder was actively looking for product deals to resell on Amazon. Like most resellers, he joined multiple Discord servers that promised “profitable deals” and “consistent wins.”

At first glance, they looked useful.
In practice, they weren’t.

Most of these Discord servers were built around one thing: subscription revenue. Not user profitability. Deals were pushed out to hundreds of people at the same time, with no regard for competition, demand, or margins.

The result was always the same:

  • One deal shared with hundreds of users
  • Everyone jumping on it immediately
  • Supply flooding the market
  • Prices crashing
  • Margins disappearing

The system worked perfectly for the Discord owners.
For the users, it was a race to the bottom.

2 The Frustration

After seeing this pattern repeat again and again, one thing became clear: good deals don’t survive mass exposure.

The founder didn’t want another Discord.
He didn’t want alerts blasted to everyone.
He wanted a system that worked — for himself.

So he started asking questions inside those communities. How are these deals found? How is the data filtered? How is competition managed?

No one helped. Not because it was impossible — but because sharing the system would break their business model.

3 Building It Alone

With no guidance, the founder started from scratch.

He spent months researching pricing behaviour, analysing Amazon data, and learning how to properly use Keepa beyond surface-level charts. This included testing ideas, breaking things, fixing them, and repeating the process.

He also contacted Keepa’s customer support directly to understand the data properly and make sure the logic behind the system was sound.

The first version was basic
It barely worked
But it worked enough

4 Iteration → System

From there, the system kept improving. Filters were refined. Logic got tighter.

What started as a personal tool slowly turned into a structured system that consistently surfaced products priced below their 90-day average — without blindly flooding the market.

That system became 404Deals.

5 Why 404Deals Works Differently

One principle drives everything: Too many users ruin good deals.

Instead of maximising user count, 404Deals intentionally limits it. The goal is to keep supply closer to demand, competition lower, and deal quality intact long enough for users to act.

This means:

  • Fewer users
  • Better deal quality
  • Less competition
  • A realistic chance of profitability

No mass blasting.

No pretending everyone can win when they can’t.

6 Who It’s For

404Deals is built for:

  • Amazon resellers
  • Businesses that understand margins and competition
  • People who know tools don’t print money — execution does

If you want guarantees, this isn’t for you.

If you want data, structure, and lower competition, that’s the point.

404Deals exists because the usual model is broken.
This is the version built by someone who got tired of being on the losing side of it.
