These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of 404Deals, operated by MR QAHIR LTD T/A 404Deals ("we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using 404Deals, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the software.

1. The Service

404Deals is a research software tool that identifies products priced below their 90-day average using third-party data sources.

The service:

  • Provides product and pricing information
  • Does not sell physical products
  • Does not execute purchases or sales on your behalf
  • Does not act as an agent, broker, or advisor

404Deals is an information tool only.

2. Eligibility

You may use 404Deals if:

  • You operate a business or are acting on behalf of a business
  • You are legally permitted to conduct that business

There is no minimum age requirement to use the service.

If you are under 18, you confirm that:

  • You are using the software for business purposes
  • You have the legal authority to do so

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of 404Deals complies with all applicable laws.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
  • All activity carried out under your account

You may create an account without an email address.

If you do:

  • Account recovery will not be possible
  • Lost credentials mean permanent loss of access

That risk is yours.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of 404Deals require a paid subscription.

By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Prices are as displayed at the time of purchase
  • Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe)
  • We do not store payment card details

All payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.

5. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Profits or profitability
  • Accuracy or completeness of pricing data
  • Product availability
  • Sales performance on Amazon or any other marketplace

Using 404Deals does not guarantee success.

If someone promised you that, it wasn't us.

6. Third-Party Data & Services

404Deals relies on third-party data sources and services.

You acknowledge that:

  • We do not own or control third-party data
  • Data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable
  • Third-party services may change, restrict access, or stop entirely

We are not responsible for issues caused by third parties.

7. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Product selection and sourcing decisions
  • Pricing and resale decisions
  • Compliance with Amazon policies and marketplace rules
  • Compliance with tax, import, and business laws

Any losses, suspensions, or penalties are your responsibility.

8. Prohibited Use

You must not:

  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or scrape the software
  • Share accounts or resell access without permission
  • Abuse, overload, or attempt to bypass system limits
  • Use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

No warnings required.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, content, branding, and systems are owned by 404Deals.

You are granted:

  • A limited
  • Non-exclusive
  • Non-transferable

licence to use the service while your account is active.

You own no part of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for losses, missed profits, or business failure
  • We are not liable for decisions you make using the software
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

If liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

  • For breach of these Terms
  • For abuse, misuse, or fraud
  • At our discretion

You may stop using the service at any time.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of 404Deals after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, including:

  • Scotland
  • Wales
  • Northern Ireland

The applicable law and courts will depend on where within the UK the user is based.
